Ben Pham ’16

Ben is an Applied Economics and Management major from Miami, Florida. He was a four year member of the Sprint Football team, playing running back and defensive end. Ben battled back from an ACL injury suffered during his freshman campaign to become a contributor on offense, defense, and special teams. 

On campus, he served as Recording Secretary for the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta during the 2014-2015 academic year. In this role, he developed the FIJI Mentorship Program which pairs alumni and undergraduate brothers in a career and life advising capacity. In 2015, he was elected to Order of Omega, an honor society which recognizes Greek leaders at Cornell. In 2014, he was selected as a Lime Connect Fellow which honors highly accomplished rising juniors with disabilities. During his undergraduate years, he has worked to provide students with disabilities with access to personal development opportunities. Ben was also a founding board member of the Dyson Business Inclusion and Diversity Program. 

After graduation, Ben will be working for Citigroup as a Capital Markets Origination Analyst in New York, New York. He plans on continuing to honor the Hunt Tradition of Citizenship through helping others to be successful in their endeavors.
